NetXtra has been providing web solutions and software integration for a large number of organisations in the membership, charity and not-for-profit sectors for 20 years. They wanted Splice Creative to take a fresh look at how the company was being marketed, not only to existing clients but to prospective new areas of business.
We identified a number of areas for progress, immediately employing our copywriting skills to better explain some of the key benefits of working with the company. This has been brought in to improve sections of their website but also in newly designed brochures and literature for existing and new clients. New photography has also enhanced the NetXtra offering with team members and office scenes showcased across the website and in brochures.
Splice Creative worked with NetXtra to formulate events where key members of staff were able to impart their knowledge to clients they already have a working relationship with, but also to interested parties they may work with in the future.
We also resurrected a monthly newsletter from NetXtra to clients, keeping them up to date with the latest innovations and how they can benefit from them. Helping them to keep channels of communication open for those they have ongoing working relationships with.
