New brand identity for well-known family business

Splice Creative is excited to begin working with CTS DIY & Building Supplies in Pulham Market, who are returning to independent family ownership after more than a decade.

The Scott family, who started the business 40 years ago, have restarted the original company by returning to its roots. Laurie Scott and Donna Eaton say they are thrilled to be bringing back a familiar name to their local community and Splice Creative are delighted they can be a part of it.

Laurie said: ”Both Donna and myself have gone off to do other things in our careers but the opportunity to rekindle a business we loved so much growing up has been too tempting to pass up. So, when Buildbase decided not to renew their lease, we both carefully explored the possibility of restarting CTS and making it the popular local firm it always was.”

CTS DIY & Building Supplies has already reopened its store in Mill Lane, Pulham Market and welcomed back many old and new customers. Donna added: “We are retaining the same values CTS always had, of friendly customer service, honest advice and expertise, and stocking a wider range of products than many of our competitors.”

Donna and Laurie approached Splice Creative to create branding for their family business CTS DIY and Building Supplies after seeing our work in the local area. A full brand identity has been created which includes signage, print, badges and promotional items. A full ecommerce site is currently being designed and built for launch early 2021 to enable the business to provide a full digital sales offering to the public as well as their trade customers.
